Moving Toward a Healthy Balance

LifeThemes Coaching offers a variety of support systems for individuals and families who are struggling with any of a broad spectrum of challenges related to food, exercise, body image and health. If you are trying to integrate healthy exercise and nutrition into your life in a balanced way, or if you are past the acute struggles of an eating disorder and looking for ways to balance the many parts of your life in healthy and fulfilling ways, then please consider the coaching partnership as a significant support as you move on.

The coaching relationship is a collaborative and supportive resource for people who are involved and motivated in the process of helping themselves or another to live a balanced, healthy and fulfilled life. Below you will find examples of two focus areas which LifeThemes provides to help you to navigate these challenges and begin to develop a healthier balance in your own life.

QUESTIONS TO THINK ABOUT

Below are a few questions which may help you to start thinking about how our coaching might be most helpful for you. Have fun with these – see where they take you!

Is there a project or goal you have been trying to focus on?

What would you like to change in your life? What gets in your way?

How could your life have more meaning?

How would you like your life to look a year from now?

In what ways are you seeking more balance in your life?

What has been missing for you recently?

Is there an important relationship in your life that needs work?

What motivates you?

What gives you a feeling of “good” energy?
